We will work with you to establish feasibility, engage in development, and support your production strategy. This is how:

• Project Team
  Each project has a dedicated team with a designated leader. The leader coordinates research elements, performs tasks with an associated technical assistant, keeps projects on schedule and assumes quick reaction to customer needs. The team leader reports to the Senior Scientist who oversees all projects, ensuring that projects achieve their objectives.
• Milestones
  Each project is given time-lines with clear objectives with customer’s requirements.
• Research and Development Control
  A systematic process will assure that all experimentation, data gathering and design requirements are satisfied and yield reliable and consistent data. Covalon operates under a strict quality control system and has achieved registration to ISO 13485:2003.
• Customer Interaction
  The R&D laboratory is “open” and in one location to facilitate information gathering, sharing of ideas among research personnel and project team leaders. The customer is encouraged to contact the Senior Scientist to discuss their project. Customers may contact the CEO of the company directly, anytime to discuss any aspect of the project.

We will provide assistance in regulatory issues when required by our customers.

Evaluation of our technology on your device is confidential, simple and risk free:

• Non Disclosure Agreement to protect our mutual interests.
• Determine if Covalon technology can add value to your device.
• Target specifications for free surface treatment to demonstrate Covalon technology and establish feasibility.
• Continuing development work to develop process, define coating performance to your specifications and generate samples for your needs at a negotiated cost.
• Bind therapeutics of choice such as anti-inflammatories, anti-infectives including silver salts, into the coating if required.
• Covalon will work with you to provide an initial cost and feasibility estimate based on your device, specifications and volume requirements.
