Covalon announces development agreement with CareFusion Corporation - Cardinal Health's major spinoffOctober 26, 2009MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – October 26, 2009 - Covalon Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V: COV), an advanced medical products company, announced that they have entered into a development agreement with CareFusion Corporation, the new specialty products company recently spun off by Cardinal Health.
