Martin Bernholtz

Mr. Bernholtz is the Vice President of Finance at Kerbel Group Inc. an integrated construction and land development company. He has served on public and private Boards of Directors as a Board Chairman and as an Audit Committee Chairman. Mr. Bernholtz graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from York University in 1981. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1984.

Joseph Cordiano

Mr. Cordiano is a former Ontario Minister for Economic Development and Trade, and is recognized as the architect behind the province's internationally recognized Automotive Investment Strategy. He is currently a partner with Cityzen Development Group, a multi‐faceted Real Estate developer based in Toronto. Mr. Cordiano holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo in Ohio.

Dr. Murray Miller

Dr. Miller is the managing director of Trillium Imaging Inc., which operates medical imaging centers in Mississauga and Toronto. He has served as Chief Radiologist at Trillium Health Centre–West Toronto, and has consulted to the medical industry, including medical device manufacturers and medical imaging vendors.
