History
Covalon was founded by a group of entrepreneurial PhD’s from the University of Toronto who recognized an opportunity to serve the global community through the development of patented medical technology in the areas of infection control, advanced wound care and medical coatings. Covalon became a publically traded company in 2004 and successfully built partnerships with both small and large companies using a strategic business foundation based on advanced scientific and engineering know-how. Starting in 2010, Covalon added a management team with significant success in growing medical companies to help propel Covalon forward into a mature and well respected medical industry partner.
