CovaWound^® Silicone

Self-Adherent Soft Silicone Foam Dressings are absorbent, atraumatic dressings consisting of a soft silicone adhesive that does not stick to the surface of a wound, an absorbent core of polyurethane foam and a non-woven fabric which acts as a barrier to liquid and microorganisms. Available with or without a border and in a “lite” variation of both. For use with:

• Pressure, leg and foot ulcers
• Superficial and partial-thickness burns
• Traumatic and surgical wounds

Benefits:

• Vapor permeable polyurethane membrane acts as a barrier to liquid and external contamination
• Highly absorbent polyurethane foam designed to prevent the wound from drying out or the surrounding skin from becoming macerated.
